In the heart of a bustling Indian metropolis, love blossoms between Madan (Sivaji Ganesan), a charismatic young man, and Lalitha (Jayalalitha), the charming second daughter of a well-established businessman, Dharmalingam (Thangavelu). However, their path to marital bliss is paved with a complex and daunting condition set by Dharmalingam - the simultaneous weddings of all his daughters. This unexpected caveat bestows upon Madan the enormous task of finding suitable grooms for Lalitha's sisters. Rising to the challenge, he enlists the assistance of his resourceful friend, Chandran (Nagesh), and so begins their whirlwind quest in the quagmire of matrimony. Their journey is fraught with challenges as every daughter, especially the eldest, Rathna (Manorama), who is quite reluctant to wed, possesses unique tastes and preferences. Against all odds, they eventually succeed in matching each daughter with a groom. But just when they think they can finally breathe easy, disaster strikes on the eve of the weddings: one groom vanishes into thin air. Can Madan navigate this labyrinth of love and find the missing groom in time?
