In the sun-soaked city of Miami, the backdrop of spring break paints a vibrant scene of surf-loving guys, bikini-clad girls, and parties that never sleep. This is where three spirited Texas girls and a trio of Pennsylvania college guys cross paths, poised for an adventure that could blossom into love. Kelly, a soulful singer in a Texas dive bar, is persuaded by her vivacious friends Kaya and Alexa to swap the dusty bar stools for the sparkling Florida beaches. Meanwhile, the "Pennsylvania Posse," made up of charismatic party promoters Justin and Brandon, and Eddie, a hopeful romantic dreaming of meeting his online love interest, Lizzie, are also Miami-bound. As the pulsating rhythm of Miami Beach pulses through the air, teeming with attractive people, Kelly's friends are quickly swept up by the beachside revelry. Kelly, however, is more cautious, carefully navigating the sea of strangers. Her world tilts when she locks eyes with Justin, igniting a spark that changes everything. While Kaya and Alexa are happy to indulge in the parade of handsome strangers, Kelly finds herself irresistibly drawn to Justin's charming smile. The connection is mutual, setting their hearts ablaze.
