In the eye of a devastating storm, Suzuki's tranquil life is shattered into a thousand pieces as his beloved teenage daughter falls prey to a brutal assault. The perpetrator: Ishihara, the arrogant progeny of a high-ranking politician who flippantly tosses Suzuki hush money, mocking his helplessness.
