Plot

In the bustling heart of Brooklyn, a cat named Chips finds himself exiled from his home by his father, Chipsus. His only ticket to redemption? Retrieving a sought-after treasure - the bone of a notorious fish that devoured his ancestor. But the bone is jealously guarded by the fish's descendant, a goldfish aptly named Fish, who dreams of nothing more than evolving into a land creature. The peculiar talisman, it seems, holds the power to fulfill both their desperate wishes. With the help of his loyal friend Rolf, Chips embarks on a comical yet arduous journey to regain the bone. Series of schemes are hatched, each more harebrained and painful than the last, but all in vain. In a heated clash with Fish, the bone tumbles into the unforgiving abyss of the sewers, leaving both creatures bereft of their hopes. As despair descends, Fish and Chips find solace under the starlit sky on a beach. Their sorrow ignites a fiery rage against the world that had dealt them such a harsh hand. This sparks a reckless vandalism spree, painting the city with their frustration. Unbeknownst to them, their precious bone surfaces in the sink of Caline, a mysterious local catfish, who opts to hide it rather than return it. Caline observes the duo's destructive behavior, realizing the bone's influence has taken a sinister turn. In a twist of fate, she decides to return the bone, not to one, but both of them. As Fish and Chips grapple with this new reality, they must face their dreams, their rivalry, and the chaos they've unleashed on their world.
