In the heart of a quaint rural town, where the annual Christmas festival is a cherished tradition, an unexpected crisis unfolds. The beloved Santa, Tom White, who not only embraces the role in the parade but also runs a school for Santas and elves, is sidelined by an unforeseen arm injury. The town, now in a state of festive frenzy, thrusts the responsibility of finding a suitable stand-in onto Grace Long, the newly appointed parade organizer. Grace, although thrilled with her new role, is faced with the daunting task of finding a replacement Santa. With the town's mayor's inept son Clint proving to be a disastrous option, all eyes turn to Ben White. Ben, the son of the injured Santa, was once groomed for this very role yet fled to the bustling streets of the Big Apple in pursuit of his dream to become an author, now subsisting on the income from his Uber taxi rides. Undeterred by the challenge, Grace seeks out Ben in the city, masquerading as a client to win his reluctant friendship during the long drive back to their hometown. Trapped by a ruthless blizzard and road trouble, Ben is forced to reconnect with his roots. He finds himself playing Santa for a stranded family's adorable son, Tucker, yet remains hesitant to fully step into his father's boots in the parade. Amidst the Yuletide chaos, an unexpected romance blossoms between Ben and Grace, adding another layer of complication. Grace must not only find a Santa for her town but also navigate the treacherous waters of love and commitment.
