In the heart of Puerto Rico, the Díaz family holds sway over the island's bustling poultry industry, their influence as expansive as their chicken farm under the watchful eye of their patriarch, Arcadio. He presides over his family's destiny with the same stern authority he uses to rule his flocks. The eldest daughter, Teresa, defied her father's traditional expectations to chase her dreams among the cosmos, becoming an astrophysicist. After a seven-year hiatus, she returns home, her heart heavy with a secret she has long concealed. She hopes to gather her family for her impending wedding to Daniela in the enchanting Canary Islands. However, her homecoming is quickly marred by the family's ingrained habit of deceit, and her initial intent crumbles. In this labyrinth of half-truths, Teresa finds solace in Andrés, her nephew, an individual with Asperger's Syndrome who mirrors her fascination for the stars. Through his unique perspective of the universe, Teresa experiences an epiphany, realizing the insignificance of earthly worries when juxtaposed with the celestial symphony of the cosmos. When the family's empire is sabotaged, leading to a calamitous closure that teeters them on the brink of ruin, the illusion of the impeccable Díaz family crumbles, revealing the skeletons hidden in their closet. The fragile balance that maintained their unity shatters, leaving them vulnerable in the face of shame and disappointment. In the midst of this chaos, Andrés, with his innocent yearning to emulate a celestial body, inadvertently becomes the catalyst for the family's redemption.
