In the bustling city of Vancouver, life is in a tailspin for 29-year-old Ryan Arlen. A string of unfortunate events leaves him girlfriend-less, homeless, and jobless - all in a single day. However, a surprising turn of events presents him with an unexpected opportunity - a job offer from the provincial lottery corporation and an invitation from his estranged brother to be the caretaker of a luxurious, yet vacant condo complex.
