Plot

In the bustling city of Vancouver, life is in a tailspin for 29-year-old Ryan Arlen. A string of unfortunate events leaves him girlfriend-less, homeless, and jobless - all in a single day. However, a surprising turn of events presents him with an unexpected opportunity - a job offer from the provincial lottery corporation and an invitation from his estranged brother to be the caretaker of a luxurious, yet vacant condo complex. As Ryan steps into his new life, initially bathed in the glow of optimism, he finds himself questioning if he has merely traded one mundane existence for another. His world is further complicated as those around him, including his recently unemployed father and his layabout best friend Spike, unexpectedly embark on their own entrepreneurial adventures, regardless of the legitimacy of their ventures. Enter Bryce, a golf course designer who intrigues Ryan with a tantalizing business proposition. Tempted by the promise of a life less ordinary, Ryan takes a leap of faith. However, his journey into this unfamiliar realm is riddled with doubts. Amidst this whirlwind, the one constant that captures his interest is Ming, Bryce's enigmatic Asian girlfriend. Ming, a movie set dresser, may be unclear about her own life's direction, but her path sparks a curiosity in Ryan that he might just want to follow. Everything's Gone Green is an exploration of life's uncertainties and the search for a purpose beyond the humdrum existence, all set against the vibrant backdrop of urban Vancouver.
