Plot

In the heart of Bellingham, Washington, Billie Davis single-handedly runs Dream Day Donations, an altruistic wedding planning company that breathes new life into wedding items for charitable causes. Nestled within an old warehouse - a cherished heirloom previously owned by her grandfather and father, Saul Davis, a former event planner - the company is a beacon of hope. However, when Billie is informed her landlord plans to sell the property, she is left scrambling, the threat of losing her business coinciding painfully with Saul's deteriorating memory due to early-stage Alzheimer's. Meanwhile, a week before their wedding, engaged couple Max Warren and Jess Bailey abruptly call off their nuptials. In the aftermath of an offhand comment from Billie about her own jilted engagement, they suddenly focus on their differences rather than the love that united them. This unexpected turn of events enrages Max's older brother, Charlie Warren - an assertive man who crosses paths with Billie at yoga class. Convinced that Max and Jess are destined for each other, he places the blame for their split squarely on Billie's shoulders. In a bid to mend the situation, Charlie proposes a deal. As a commercial real estate developer, he assures Billie that he will acquire the warehouse and provide her with a long-term lease. In return, he requests her aid in reuniting Max and Jess, while also assisting her in fulfilling the couple's wedding item donations - orders that are now impossible to cancel. As Billie and Charlie navigate the tricky path of rekindling Max and Jess's love, they encounter numerous hurdles. Each success is counterbalanced with a fresh obstacle, and as they spend more time together, unexpected feelings brew between them. However, their budding romance is threatened when Charlie struggles to fulfill his promise regarding the warehouse. His Uncle Edward, who holds sway over Charlie's career, harbors divergent plans for the property and questions how Charlie is spending his time. Amidst the turmoil, will love find a way?
