In the wake of the shocking assassination of a Mexican state governor, the life of junior executive Daryl Chase spirals into chaos. After raising a red flag on a suspiciously massive fund transfer from a Mexican account, disaster swiftly follows. His once serene apartment becomes a war zone, and he's thrown into a perilous dance with danger, narrowly escaping with the help of a mysterious CIA operative. But the danger isn't over; he returns home to a slain secretary and is an eyewitness to the brutal murder of two police officers. In a desperate bid for survival, he reaches out to his unexpected CIA savior, who instructs him to board the next train to Mexico.
