DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story (2004)

Peter LaFleur owns Average Joe's Gymnasium, a dinky gym that cannot compete with its larger neighbors. LaFleur loses the gym to White Goodman, owner of the nearby Globo Gym. Goodman plans on demolishing Average Joe's unless LaFleur and his friends can raise $50,000 in thirty days. LaFleur appeals to Kate Veatch, the attorney who is working on the transaction for Goodman, for help. Desperate to raise the money, LaFleur, Veatch and his employees turn to dodgeball, entering a national tournament to win the $50,000 prize. They are helped by former dodgeball player Patches O'Houlihan, a legend in the sport who helps get the team up to snuff and able to compete.
