Delhi Belly (2011)

Amid the hustle and bustle of Delhi, Sonia, a local resident, finds herself entangled in a precarious situation, needing to deliver a package for the enigmatic Vladimir Dragunsky. With a busy schedule, she leans on her disheveled, debt-laden fiancé, Tashi Malhotra, to shoulder this task. Tashi, already caught in the web of his own dilemmas, passes the baton to Nitin, one of his bohemian roommates. However, Nitin, battling the infamous 'Delhi Belly' and immersed in his scheme to blackmail their landlord, Manish, entrusts the third roommate, Arup, with the pivotal package. Their unsuspecting lives take a drastic turn when the ruthless gangster, Somayajulu, the intended recipient of the package, initiates a brutal interrogation of Vladimir. With the knowledge that the package has likely fallen into the hands of the trio, a dangerous game of cat and mouse ensues. As Tashi grapples with his growing feelings for the alluring journalist Menaka, and faces the fury of her possessive husband, Rajiv, he is also forced to question his impending nuptials with Sonia. The introduction of Somayajulu and his menacing gang into their lives threatens to shatter any future plans that Tashi and his friends may have dreamt of, pushing them deeper into the underbelly of Delhi. The trio's pursuit of normalcy becomes a thrilling roller-coaster ride teetering on the edge of danger and chaos.
