In the unforgiving world of Japan's juvenile delinquency, Jubeh Yakyu (Tak Sakaguchi) stands as a figure of dread and awe. A former baseball prodigy, Jubeh's life took a dark turn when a super-powered pitch unexpectedly claimed his father's life. Shattered by guilt, Jubeh renounced baseball, descending into a life of crime that, at the tender age of 17, lands him in the harsh confines of Pterodactyl Juvenile Reformatory.
Within its grim walls, Jubeh finds himself under the oppressive rule of Headmistress Ishihara, a descendant of a notorious World War II Nazi collaborator. With the sadistic Ilsa at her side, Ishihara governs with a cruel sense of righteousness, making life in the reformatory a living nightmare.
As Jubeh navigates the hellish landscape of the institution, he stumbles upon a shattering revelation. Governor Mifune discloses that Jubeh's younger brother, Musashi, was once a captive in this very institution, following a chilling murder spree. The revelation takes a more ominous turn when Jubeh learns of Musashi's mysterious death within these very walls. As the shadow of his brother's past looms, Jubeh's own future hangs in the balance, teetering on the precipice of the reformatory's merciless reality.
