In the shadowy corners of Manila, Philippines, resides the enigmatic Jim Robertson (played by a pre-Magnum PI Tom Selleck), an art historian with a penchant for the peculiar. Nestled in a hauntingly atmospheric house, he shares his life with his strikingly youthful wife, Chris. Their existence takes an eerie turn when Jim stumbles upon an ancient painting, a chilling depiction of three witches from the Duarte Coven and a dog, all condemned to the flames in 1592. An unsettling detail emerges -- Chris bears an uncanny resemblance to the second witch in the painting. As the spectral figures in the artwork begin to fade mysteriously, Jim finds himself embroiled in a cryptic puzzle that sends him spiraling into a whirlwind of investigations. As Chris's demeanor transforms, she aligns herself with two other reincarnated witches, hatching a sinister plot which threatens to consume Jim. What unravels is a chilling tapestry of past sins and present dangers, hinting that Jim might be the descendant of the man who sealed the witches' fiery fate.
