Darklight (2004)

In the shadowy echoes of time, an ancient myth comes to life in Darklight. The film centers around Lilith, the world's first woman, who was banished from Eden and transformed into an omnipotent immortal being. Shrouded by a potent spell, Lilith, portrayed by Shiri Appleby, is a 24-year-old woman with no recollection of her timeless past. Her true essence, concealed over centuries, is sought by a clandestine organization known as The Faith. The Faith, established to hunt and annihilate Lilith, however, faces a twist of fate. A perilous threat arises, casting a dark shadow over humanity. The malevolent Anders Raeborne, driven by his insatiable thirst for immortality, succumbs to an experiment that transfigures him into the nefarious Demoniac. This formidable entity wields a deadly red plague, spreading it with a mere bite or lick. As the world teeters on the brink of chaos, The Faith's traumatized chief agent, William Shaw, is tasked with an unusual mission by their leader, Prefect. He must awaken the forgotten power within Lilith, the Darklight, and steer her toward the path of righteousness. Lilith, initially perceived as an enemy, becomes humanity's reluctant savior. Thus unfolds the epic saga of Lilith's transformation; a journey of self-discovery, heroism, and redemption. She must not only confront and eradicate Demoniac but also reconcile with her own haunting past. As the stakes rise, the fate of humanity hinges on Lilith's ability to wield her Darklight.
