Antoine Besson, an esteemed security officer at a hospital, is known by many as a respectable man and a dedicated father. After divorcing his wife Miriam, he requests a transfer to the town where his son Julien and older daughter Joséphine reside, longing for an opportunity to be closer to them. His intentions seem noble as he seeks joint custody of Julien, an eleven-year-old boy caught in the turmoil of a broken family.
