In the icy wilderness of Siberia, seasoned antiques collector Maurice Hunter, his resourceful daughter Nadia, and their Russian guides embark on an expedition for an artifact of inconceivable power - the legendary Tesla death ray. A weapon of unparalleled might, it bears the ability to erase entire nations in a heartbeat, leaving only traces of its devastating capability as evidenced by the half-million acres of obliterated Siberian forestland in the 1950s. Their quest leads them to a bat-infested cave, the resting place of the dreaded weapon. As they lay their hands on it, treachery unfolds. On their tail are CIA agent Jason Ross and his partner Alan, in a race against time to prevent the weapon from falling into Beck's hands. In the backdrop of Canada's wild frontier, a story of survival, treachery, and power unfolds.
