Denver, Colorado names a quiet man named Nels the citizen of the year for keeping the roads safe in the winter and serving the community. In a blink of an eye, Nels leaves it all behind in order to serve justice for his son who was killed by a drug lord. He uses the skills that he has honed from his job in order to attempt to end this dangerous cartel once and for all.
