Plot

Amidst the shimmering sands and sun-soaked beaches of Pleasure Island in Costa Rica, lies the Coconut Beach Resort, a hedonistic haven owned by the washed-up rockstar, Coconut Pete. Famed for its endless party atmosphere, the island is awash with limber, provocative women and an eclectic mix of colorful characters. However, the constant flow of tequila and the sound of laughter drown out a sinister reality - a series of chilling murders that turn the paradise into a deadly labyrinth. As the island succumbs to a wave of mysterious deaths, every inhabitant morphs into a potential suspect. The Fun Police officer, Sam, armed with a tequila-loaded Super Soaker and a quick trigger finger; Jenny, the sultry fitness instructor with an insatiable appetite; Juan, the ostentatious diving instructor harboring a secretive third-world past; Putman, the petulant British tennis fanatic; Dave, the ecstasy-addicted adoptee of Coconut Pete; and Lars, the hulking masseur with a haunting touch, each with their own peculiarities, making them equally suspicious. The escalating terror forces the staff to continue their duties under threat of the guests becoming the next victims, leaving them trapped on an island cut off from communication. Amidst the panic and suspicion, the question arises - can the inhabitants of Pleasure Island band together, unravel the enigma, and restore the once joyous happy hour to their tropical paradise? Or will the serial killer's merciless game turn the island into a haunting graveyard? This intoxicating blend of mystery and hedonism paints a riveting portrait of fear lurking beneath the surface of paradise, making 'Club Dread' an unforgettable descent into a murderous mayhem.
