On the eve of Christmas, the tranquil town of Summit View is blanketed in a fierce snowstorm. The usually bustling streets stand eerily silent, save for a convoy of vehicles stranded on a secluded road on the town's fringe. The seven souls caught in this predicament find solace in a forsaken church nearby. Their stories are as diverse as they are compelling. We meet James, a former priest haunted by the loss of his family, now fleeing from his past and his calling. Alongside him is Darryl, an EMT whose aspirations of becoming a doctor are clouded by his dyslexia. There's the affluent couple, Drake and Madeleine, trapped in a marriage where money has become the fulcrum of their disputes. Newlyweds Nick and Christy, barely three days into their marital bliss, find themselves embroiled in constant bickering. Among them is Joe, the only local, estranged from his wife Mary over disagreements about raising their autistic son, Matt. Their solitude is broken by an unexpected arrival - Mary, who braves the storm to bring provisions for the stranded seven, only to have her SUV ensnared near the church. As they interact within the confines of their temporary sanctuary, the true spirit of Christmas begins to permeate the air, helping each one confront their personal struggles. A newfound camaraderie emerges, particularly as they rally together to aid Mary and Joe, making this Christmas eve an unforgettable instance of unity and grace.
