In the midst of the turmoil of war-torn China, gruff Air Force captain Cliff Brandon finds himself in an unconventional predicament after a night steeped in liquor. He wakes to discover that he has unknowingly purchased the domestic services of the young and attractive Shu-Jen from her father.
