In 1963, illegal immigrant Ho, armed with combat skills and courage, makes his way into Hong Kong and immediately finds himself up against constant conflicts with rivals. While he starts his mission with optimism, he’s eventually crippled and becomes a complete monster. Ho becomes a powerful drug lord determined to become the sole dictator of the illegal empire.
