In the bustling heart of Delhi University, three inseparable friends and roommates - studious Siddharth, and the girl-chasing duo, Omi and Jai - live a life of camaraderie and carefree chaos. While Siddharth immerses himself in scholarly pursuits, Omi and Jai find joy in chasing girls and cinematic adventures, their friendship bound by the shared smoke rings of their cigarettes. One day, the neighborhood is graced by the arrival of a new girl, Neha, who instantly becomes the target of Omi and Jai's playful antics. However, their attempts to impress her backfire, leaving them nursing their wounded egos. Their humiliation is short-lived as Neha reappears, this time as a salesgirl for Chamko washing powder. Jai and Omi scramble to hide, while Siddharth, laying eyes on her for the first time, is smitten, marking the genesis of a sweet love story. Meanwhile, as a parallel narrative unfolds, Lallan Miyan, the local shopkeeper from whom Omi and Jai buy cigarettes on credit, is on a relentless pursuit to collect his outstanding dues. Amidst a spree of kidnappings in Delhi, a misguided attempt by Omi and his friends to stage a fake kidnapping ends in a real catastrophe, as Neha is abducted by genuine thugs. The remainder of this heart-warming tale unravels their frantic efforts to rescue Neha, clear the confusion, and restore harmony in their lives.
