Cassandra (2020) unravels a haunting enigma that last summer seized Illinois in a chilling grip of dread. A string of peculiar murders unfurled, each crime scene bearing an eerie sketch of a dwelling - an ominous harbinger of the next killing. Try as they might, the detectives were constantly one step behind, unable to decipher the cryptic sketches in time to prevent an escalating sequence of brutal killings. Crawley recounts her solo expedition to the farm, her urgency fueled by the intent to warn the owner and evacuate him. Yet, the happenings that ensued are lost in a nebulous maze of her memory. She struggles to recall the ominous unfolding of events at the Wilson farm... if only she could remember...
