Diving into the pages of a diary, a young man uncovers the tale of Sartaj Rana, a dignified nobleman from Jaisinghpur. This nobleman stirs the fury of the notorious Mhatre brothers, Ranjan and Vikrant, by dispatching Lovely Singh to liberate women bound by the shackles of abduction and destined for Thailand. Feeling the heat of the impending danger, Sartaj employs Lovely as a shield for his college-going daughter, Divya, and her confidante, Maya. Divya, however, finds Lovely's constant presence overbearing and concocts an imaginary lover, Chhaya. This spectral woman keeps Lovely preoccupied with endless phone calls confessing her love for him. Ensnared in this web of illusion, Lovely naively falls for the phantom caller. The plot thickens when an altercation in a bar leads to Lovely fatally defending Divya from Ranjan's brother. This act ignites a series of events that pit Lovely against not only the wrathful Mhatre brothers seeking vengeance, but also against Sartaj himself.
