Best of the Best 4: Without Warning (1998)

In the pulsating underworld of Russian mobsters, a colossal supply of paper meant for printing U.S. currency has been stolen, catalyzing a flood of counterfeit bills that are now infiltrating the market. In a daring act of defiance, one of the mobsters decides to defect, carrying a data CD laden with incriminating evidence, intent on delivering it to the District Attorney.
