In the scenic but shrouded town of Nainital, India, a shadow of terror looms as beautiful young women fall prey to a mysterious serial killer. The town's tranquility is shattered, and a chilling pattern emerges from the murderer's targets - all are stunningly attractive girls, caught in a deadly web with an enigmatic motive. The only clues left behind at the grisly crime scenes: a lethal dagger and an ominous pair of rubber gloves.
Into this vortex of fear and suspicion arrives Neha, an aspiring interior designer, hired by the town's womanizing Mayor, Jai Singh Dabral. Dabral, entranced by her beauty, becomes increasingly fascinated with her. Amid this tension, Neha's heart finds solace in Raj, a painter by trade, yet a man clouded by suspicion. Raj's past brushes with the law make him a prime suspect in the ongoing investigations, but a lack of concrete evidence keeps him just out of the law's reach.
The townsfolk, however, keep their distance, casting wary glances in Raj's direction. As Neha navigates her blossoming love and the whispers of suspicion, she crosses paths with City Police Commissioner Harshvardhan Bhatti and his diligent assistant, Preeti Rastogi. They're convinced of Raj's guilt and see Neha as a potential next victim, urging her to assist in their quest for justice.
Neha initially rejects their warnings, her faith in Raj unwavering. But when she stumbles upon murder weapons in Raj's house, her faith is shaken, and she contemplates fleeing Nainital. However, Harshvardhan and Preeti persuade her to stay, hoping her involvement might be the key to unraveling the enigma of the serial killer.
