Arachnophobia (1990)

A deadly, South American spider finds its way to the US via a package. After surviving the long trip, the spider explores its surroundings and eventually mates with a local spider species. The hybrid spider offspring is extremely dangerous. When people start getting killed in the area, it will take a clever sheriff and an experienced exterminator to get rid of the pest once and for all.
