Plot

In the haunting shadows of their final year of college, a group of eight friends find themselves drawn to the secluded island mansion of the enigmatic heiress, Muffy St. John. This reunion of academia is to celebrate the bittersweet farewell to their school days over the April Fool's Day weekend. However, as the chill of the spring air settles, the mansion transforms from a sanctuary into a stage for a macabre play of death. One by one, the friends are confronted with hidden secrets from their past, shadows they thought they had successfully escaped. These revelations, as unnerving as they are unexpected, are only the beginning of their torment. For, as these secrets come to light, the friends mysteriously start to meet their untimely ends. Yet, the question lingers: are they truly meeting death or are they mere pawns in a cruel, elaborate April Fool's prank? Amidst the mounting tension and fear, Muffy, their hostess, emerges as the sole beacon of knowledge. Seemingly the puppeteer of this grim spectacle, she alone appears to hold the keys to the enigma. Yet, as the line between reality and pretense blurs, it becomes uncertain whether it is indeed Muffy pulling the strings of this deadly charade. In the race against time over this eerie weekend, the surviving students must unravel the truth hidden within the labyrinth of deceit. With an unseen menace lurking in the shadows, the mansion on the remote island becomes a battlefield where nothing is as it seems. Can they escape the chilling grasp of this April Fool's Day nightmare, or will they fall victim to the ultimate joke?
