Plot

In the high-stakes world of computer programming, Stanford graduate and tech prodigy Milo Hoffman is faced with a life-altering decision. Guided by the allure of innovation and the promise of revolutionizing global communications, Milo is drawn to NURV - a tech giant on the brink of completing Synapse, a world-linking satellite communication system. The driving force behind NURV is the enigmatic Gary Winston, a character bearing uncanny resemblances to the real-life tech titan, Bill Gates. When Winston personally approaches Milo to join his team, Milo, with the unwavering support of his girlfriend Alice, accepts the offer, leaving his best friend Teddy to continue their dream project - a free media compression program. Immersed in a world of cutting-edge technology and relentless competition, Milo finds himself working around the clock, his genius fuelling NURV's race towards their launch date. However, when tragedy inexplicably strikes close to home and an offhand remark from Winston triggers suspicion, Milo finds himself questioning the world he's become a part of. As he delves deeper into the inner workings of NURV and Winston, he finds himself entangled in a web of deception and secrecy, where trust becomes a luxury he can't afford. Antitrust weaves a gripping tale of ambition, betrayal, and the unnerving reality of the tech industry, reminding us that in a world where information is power, nothing is as it seems.
