Plot
For unknown reasons, a fire breaks out on the spaceship Sulaco. The ship's computer jettisons pods containing Ellen Ripley, Newt, Hicks, and android Bishop. All four pods crash land on Fury 161, a maximum security correctional facility. After prisoners rescue Ripley, she learns Newt and Hicks perished in the crash.
She activates Bishop and learns an alien facehugger arrived with them on the planet. At that point, Bishop is permanently shut down at his own request. Ripley attempts to warn the prison's warden, but a full-sized alien begins attacking the inmates. Ripley and the inmates must survive long enough for a rescue ship to arrive.
