In the twilight of their lives, Abu and Aisumma, a devoted Muslim couple, yearn for the spiritual journey of a lifetime - the Hajj. Their dreams are woven with the threads of sacrifice and relentless faith, honed over decades of devout living. Nearing their 80s, they resolve to undertake this sacred pilgrimage, with Abu, a steadfast follower of Islam, insisting it be achieved in adherence to every religious decree. Their journey is marked by offers of financial aid from kind-hearted souls, but Abu, guided by religious tenets, declines, deeming it against the Islamic way. Despite their unwavering determination, they find themselves unable to fulfill their dream. As the first light of Hajj day breaks, Abu makes a solemn promise to his wife for the following year. With hope in his heart and faith as his compass, he steps into the mosque to pray on the Hajj morning. His spirit remains unbroken, their pilgrimage only postponed, not abandoned.
