A Walk with Grace (2019)

The week before Easter carries a somber significance for LA executive Nate Lassiter (David Lee Smith), now a widower, as he grapples with the loss of his mother. Compelled to return to his quaint Ohio hometown, he is accompanied by his fiercely independent Latina daughter, Chloe (Mishka Calderon). Here, Nate is faced with the formidable task of signing off his inherited family's factory. His return incites a collision course with his fiery cousin (Jenni-Kate Deshon), whom he left in charge of the factory when he escaped years prior. Additionally, he must navigate the choppy waters of a labor-strike, headed by an old wrestling companion (Austin St. John), and a legal storm brewing over the factory's sale, instigated by Grace (Ashley Bratcher), the love he left behind. Caught in this whirlwind, Nate is forced to delve deep within his soul and confront his past. As he reacquaints himself with his roots, he might just find a path to reconnect with his once cherished Grace. His walk through memory lanes of the town might become a walk with Grace, a journey of rediscovery, reconciliation, and possibly, redemption.
