As dawn breaks on 4/20, the proprietor of a teetering dispensary embarks on a whirlwind of erratic endeavors, all aimed at bolstering business and preventing his cherished store from sinking. His primary adversary, an ambitious but naive drug dealer, harbors dreams of seizing control of the local marijuana trade. Concurrently, a threesome of high school seniors concocts a cunning plan to procure enough cannabis to commemorate their enduring camaraderie. Amid this, a pair of would-be lovers grapple to reconcile their varied perspectives on marijuana, while an elderly dame fosters an unusual companionship with a young foreigner harboring a covert. All through this, a budding edibles chef is determined to win her family's approval with her blossoming food truck venture. On this extraordinary day of celebration, individuals from all walks of life discover that their shared affection for the herb unites them in ways they never anticipated.
