Plot
3 Strikes follows the story of Brian Hooks, who was just released from jail. The state he lives in has just passed a three-strike rule for felons that results in serious punishment. With two strikes already, Brian is ready to turn his life around. But when he and his friend are pulled over and his friend shoots at the police officers, how will the innocent Brian Hooks clear his name?
