On the historic day of 16 December 1971, India triumphed over Pakistan, freeing Bangla Desh from its oppressive grip. But the unconditional surrender of Pakistan's ruling dictator ignited a bitter rage in some of the hard-lined Pakistani soldiers. Unwilling to accept defeat, they retreated silently, only to regroup as a clandestine force of Jihaadi soldiers hell-bent on terrorizing their victorious neighbor, India.
Emerging from their ranks was the elusive Dost Khan (Gulshan Grover), an embodiment of menace. Master of disguise and constantly eluding capture, he posed an enigma for the Indian authorities. The responsibility to apprehend him fell on the seasoned shoulders of Vir Vijay Singh (Danny Denzongpa), Chief of Revenue Intelligence, and his dedicated team - the discerning Vikram (Milind Soman), the resilient Victor (Sushant Singh), and the astute Sheeba (Dipanita Sharma).
Their relentless investigation led them to a horrifying realization: a nuclear bomb had found its way into the heart of India's capital, Delhi. A ticking time bomb acquired from the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the terrorists had set its detonation for the ominous date of 16th December. A race against time ensued, with Vir and his team grappling with the chilling unknown - the location of the bomb and the shadowy Dost Khan.
