Plot
The staff of a newsroom envisions a new methodology for broadcast media that puts ethics and truth above all else, and they decide to test out this new model for transmitting the news on their cable network. But being kind and impartial in the modern world is often challenging, dangerous, and even ambiguous. The staff may be happy sacrificing viewers in the short term for the sake of a bigger message, but they're competitors don't have any compunctions about fighting dirty. Taking the higher ground is challenging, but they'll also have to wrestle with execs for the sake of their integrity.
