Plot

With a comedic flair that earned him an Emmy, Jimmy Kimmel lights up late-night television, dishing out humorous sketches and inviting an eclectic mix of guests - from renowned celebrities and sports icons to musicians and ordinary individuals with extraordinary narratives. The show is a lively gathering of Kimmel's kin and companions, featuring Cousin Sal, Uncle Frank (till his passing in 2011), and his childhood crony, Cleto Escobedo III, who heads the house band. An array of recurring segments keeps the audiences hooked, including the hilariously audacious 'This Week in Unnecessary Censorship', where they whimsically "bleep and blur" TV snippets, irrespective of their need for censorship, as per Kimmel's cheeky explanation. The only downside? The perpetual lack of sufficient time for Matt Damon's segment, much to the audience's chagrin.
