When a young man begins posting videos of himself torturing and killing cats, a group of amateur sleuths from the internet combine their skills, resources, and time to track him down and bring him to justice. But as this diverse and eclectic group of detectives find themselves on the trail of the killer, it's increasingly becoming apparent that he's not going to stop with just killing animals. But by putting themselves in the middle of the investigation, these daring amateurs could be putting their lives and the lives of those around them at risk.
