Wish I Was Here (2014)

Aidan is an actor with a career that’s going nowhere. As he and his wife struggle to pay bills, they get more bad news when Aidan’s ailing father tells them he can no longer afford the tuition he is paying two send his two grandkids to a private school. The local public school is a dump, so Aidan reluctantly agrees to home school his children. But what Aidan thought would be a chore and a distraction becomes a source of new life lessons and perspective - and it just may inject some new inspiration into his acting career.
