Plot

A bittersweet comedy, Wedding Daze, illuminates the unpredictable nature of love, proving that perfection is far from necessary. The story follows Anderson, a man whose world crumbles when the woman he planned to spend his life with meets an untimely end. Convinced he will never experience love again, he retreats into a world filled with memories of his lost love, much to the chagrin of his well-meaning best friend. In an attempt to pull Anderson from his melancholy, his friend urges him to venture back into the world of dating. However, Anderson finds it impossible to see past his past love – until an impromptu dare at a local diner. In a move as spontaneous as it is outrageous, Anderson proposes to Katie, a charming yet discontented waitress, merely to shake off his friend's persistent advice. To his surprise, and perhaps hers, Katie says yes. What starts as a jesting dare swiftly transforms into an exploration of the kind of love both Anderson and Katie have been unconsciously seeking. Wedding Daze unravels a tale of unexpected love born from chance encounters, proving that sometimes, the most beautiful romances bloom in the most unlikely of circumstances.
