Wayne's World (1992)

Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar are rock music fans who host a public access television show in the basement of Wayne's parent's home. Wayne falls madly in love with Cassandra, the singer of a local rock band, Crucial Taunt. After making it big and selling his show to a real producer, Wayne is able to help Cassandra get a shot at a record deal and a music video. Unfortunately, he then loses Cassandra to that slimy producer, Benjamin Kane. For the rest of the film, Wayne and Garth struggle to win Cassandra back while also making sure that Wayne's World will always be their show.
