Two Times You (2018)

In the heart of family bonds, Tania and Daniela, two closely-knit cousins, navigate the rich tapestry of their lives. They are both ensconced in marriages that, while comfortable and affluent, have lost their luster and slipped into the yawning abyss of routine and indifference. The monotony of their existence is palpable, with their good-hearted husbands oblivious to the ennui that has seeped into their wives' lives. In the midst of a wedding celebration, where alcohol flows as freely as their thoughts, an audacious idea takes root – swapping husbands for a night, to experience a taste of a different life, to spice up their desolate days. A game of pretend that takes a dark turn when one of the newly formed couples falls prey to a catastrophic car accident, extinguishing their lives abruptly. Now, the remaining couple finds themselves entwined in a complex web of emotion, a relationship born out of guilt and the gaping void left by the loss of their partners. As they grapple with this new dynamic, they are caught between remorse, longing, and the stark reality of their situation.
