Plot
The most famous thing about the Pacific Northwest town of Twin Peaks is the apple pie from J.J.'s Diner, but beneath the surface of the town lurks forces that are outside the understanding of mortal man. That darkness begins to bubble to the surface when the body of Laura Palmer is found wrapped in plastic. Special agent Dale Cooper of the FBI is sent to investigate — and while the townsfolk are fixated by his bizarre but effective methodology, he's here to investigate a case that's haunted him for his entire career. The investigation of Laura Palmer's death will uncover a pile of dirty secrets.
