Plot

In the bustling heart of Ho Chi Minh City, an American war veteran embarks on a deeply personal quest to find a daughter, a living relic of his past, conceived during the turmoil of the war. His life intersects with Woody, a resilient street vendor child, who, after losing his treasure trove of wares, becomes convinced the former soldier is responsible, igniting a relentless pursuit. Simultaneously, the city's veins pulse with the story of Hai, a cyclo driver, who becomes enamored with Lan, a call girl from the opulent hotels. As he ferries her through the city's labyrinthine streets each day, he falls for her, striving to penetrate her hardened exterior. In the quiet outskirts, Kien An, a young woman finds employment harvesting the delicate lotuses in the secluded ponds of Teacher Dao, a man cloaked in solitude due to his battle with leprosy. Her angelic singing breathes life into his desolate world, inspiring him to entrust her with his poetry, a lyrical testament of his resilience. In Three Seasons, the paths of these souls meander and intertwine around acts of kindness and the poetic beauty of flowers, painting a poignant portrait of post-war Vietnam's spirit and resilience.
