Plot
A manifestation of the French value of liberty is seen through the lens of Julie, a woman who lost both her husband and her young daughter in a car accident. The fact that her late husband was an acclaimed musician just makes the grieving process more complicated, but she finds a sense of calmness by simply withdrawing from society. But while she creates a purely blank and anonymous life for herself, Julie manages to find life again in the form of joys she thought she'd left behind. Perhaps her daughter and her husband continue to live on in some way.
