Plot

On a languid afternoon in a forgotten corner of Louisiana, the spirited Martine impulsively leaps into an intriguing convertible. She's not alone for long; Gordy, the awkward yet endearing drifter who had earlier admired her from a distance, is pleasantly surprised to discover this captivating nymph in his passenger seat. Fate then introduces Brett, a man of few words, fresh from prison and carrying an aura of humility that's hard to ignore. Martine, reluctant to journey alone with Gordy and caught in the middle of a torrential downpour, convinces Brett to join them. This motley trio embarks on an unplanned expedition, their destination as uncertain as the secrets they carry. What unfolds is a mesmerizing voyage through Louisiana's verdant, forgotten lanes, diving deep into the labyrinth of each character's soul.
