Plot
Carl, a vigilant security officer, dutifully monitors the pulse of the local streets through a maze of CCTV cameras. A man of kindness, he is tragically powerless to stop a woman's suicide. His attempts to report a menacing band of drug dealers are dismissed by a condescending policewoman, claiming the force is too swamped to probe.
Not one to stand idle, Carl draws his colleague Lee into a plot to incriminate the criminals. However, Lee's greed leads him astray, and he pilfers their money instead. Carl's life takes a further tumble when his teenage daughter Kelly arrives distraught, after a spat with Sandy, his unfaithful wife.
The plot thickens when Carl discovers that the drug dealers have captured Lee and threaten to cause him harm. With no official support and his back against the wall, Carl bravely steps into the breach, risking everything in a relentless pursuit of justice.
