The Vow (2012)

Leo and Paige have just gotten married. But when a car accident causes Paige to lose the memories of her last five years of life, Leo will have to try to make his way back into her heart. Paige has lost all memories of him, of the conflicts she has with her parents, and of the breakup she had with her ex-fiance. Will Leo be able to convince Paige of their love for each other? Will their marriage ever be the same?
