In the uproarious world of espionage comedy, The Spy: Undercover Operation introduces us to Chul-Soo, a masterful spy masquerading in the mundane routine of a civil servant. His double life remains an enigma, even to his doting wife Young-Hee. However, when a devastating bombing rocks the heart of Seoul, Chul-Soo is dispatched to the exotic streets of Bangkok, hot on the trail of a lead that could crack the case wide open. Unexpectedly, he stumbles upon Young-Hee, who was supposedly safe back in South Korea, in the company of a striking foreigner named Ryan. Now, Chul-Soo finds himself juggling two high-stakes missions: thwarting a threat to his nation, and salvaging his teetering marriage.
