In the bustling cityscape of Hong Kong, a nefarious terrorist organization ominously weaves a plot to manipulate global governments, armed with two lethal diseases created by an eccentric scientist. As the world hangs in the balance, a duo of Interpol agents dives into the fray to thwart the impending doom. Tragically, one of them succumbs to one of the diseases, leaving him with the mental capacity of a six-year-old child. Stumbling aimlessly, the impaired agent finds himself in the extravagant mansion of Jones Bon, a beleaguered action film star battling his own demons.
